Mark Conyers (CEO) joined the company in 1999, bringing his experience from the paint and finishing business, having worked with Ocean Coatings for four years. Mark believes strongly in investing in equipment, ideas and good personnel. He understands the value of recruiting and training experienced managers to lead the individual teams in each part of the company.

Mark spends much of his time travelling to different locations meeting with captains, project managers and shipbuilders in order to find the best options for achieving top quality finishing contracts on new build and refinishing projects.

Rupert Savage (Managing Director), a former yacht captain, was recruited in 2006. Rupert acts in a central role between the client and the individual project managers for each contract. He is responsible for ensuring that every project is efficiently managed to be on time and within budget.
